I need training! Help!

ENPS has lots of options for training. We want to make sure you know how to use the program you spend most of your day working in.

If you’re using the ENPS desktop/laptop client, and you have a simple question, try hitting the F1 key. That’s our on-line help guide and it contains everything you’ll need to work the ENPS client. It’s working for you 24 hours a day.

We have on-line videos that you can use, too, for ENPS 7, older versions of ENPS and ENPS Stats. Email info@enps.com to request access. You do have to be working at an ENPS site to get that access, though.

Does your whole newsroom need help? We can provide web-based training for simple refreshers, or we can come on site to help. Email info@enps.com if you’d like to set something up.

Stats, Elections and you!

I dunno if you guys knew this or not but an election is coming up soon and that means that some of you might be jumping back into the elections part of ENPS after having not seen it since…well, since the last election!

In version 6, we called this part of the product Stats and we’ve got some great training materials and documentation to help you re-acquaint yourself with how it works.

We also recently brought over the Stats stuff into version 7 and renamed it Elections. It works almost exactly the same with only a few little tweaks to get things running right.

If you’d like to learn more about Stats/Elections or if you need a refresher to catch you up again before the big day, give us a call and we’ll be happy to set something up for you!
